How do I contact customer service?

When can I expect my order?

Orders typically arrive in 2-7 business days. You can track all shipments from the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on all 100ml fragrances. All other items are calculated on checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UK and most of Europe. Please visit our Shipping Policy for a full list of available shipping counties: Shipping Policy.

What happens if an item is out of stock? 

If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a notification on the product page. In some cases, we may offer a ‘back in stock’ alert — just enter your email to be notified as soon as it becomes available.

Do I need an account to order? 

No, you don’t need an account to place an order — you can checkout as a guest.

How can I find the status on my order?

You can track the status of all orders from your email confirmation. A dedication tracking link will let you see exactly where you order is.

What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or the shipment is missing an item?

We pride ourselves on providing a great customer experience. If an item is damaged or incorrect,  you can return the product to us within 14 days from receiving it. Please see our return policy here: returns policy.

How long do refunds take?
