Refund policy

You can return the product to us as long as you do so within 14 days of receiving it.To receive a refund, the product must be returned unopened, unless you are returning it due to a manufacturing fault. We will refund the full price you paid for the product, using the same payment method you originally used. Refunds will be processed without undue delay.

We can also arrange a Royal Mail return label for you for a fee. If you would like us to organise this, please contact our customer service team. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we may ask for more information to verify the purchase and better assist with your request.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We are sorry you’ve had this experience, and we want you to contact us immediately to make things right. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund, as needed.

When will I get my refund?

If your return is accepted and you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
